RETURNING TO SERVE MOTHERLAND

Despite having an illustrious career as a doctor in the UK and having led several welfare activities there, the division of his beloved state of Andhra Pradesh in 2012, brought him back to India and drove him to help his people in the time of duress. As a son of the soil, he didn’t think twice before sacrificing his career, a good income in the U.K and the opportunity to settle in the USA. His only goal was to return to his motherland with a burning desire to give back to the community and empower them with health, education and an improved quality of life.

Since then, Ramesh Nath has been unstoppable at initiating welfare schemes for the poor, donating money to build basic necessities like roads, schools, toilets and hospitals in villages, and ultimately founding the REACH Global Foundation that has changed the lives of many. The word REACH is an acronym for (R)ural empowerment, (E)ducation for all, (A)dult care, (C)hild care, and (H)ealth for all.
